At EqualiTees.Me LLC, most items are made to order. That means your item is created after your order is placed, instead of being pulled from pre-made inventory.
Please review your order details carefully before checkout, including size, color, quantity, shipping address, and product information.
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 2 to 7 business days after the order is placed and production begins.
Processing time is the time it takes to create, print, package, and prepare your order for shipment. This is separate from the time the carrier takes to deliver your package.
During holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, or production delays, processing may take longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping time depends on your location, the shipping method available at checkout, the product ordered, and the fulfillment partner used for that item.
Estimated delivery times are estimates only. They are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping option is clearly offered at checkout.
Once your order leaves production and is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in more than one package.
This can happen when items are produced by different fulfillment partners, printed in different facilities, or shipped from different locations. For example, a t-shirt, sticker, flag, and piece of jewelry may not all ship together.
If part of your order arrives first, the rest may still be on the way.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States where available.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location, carrier delays, production timing, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally where available.
International shipping times can vary widely based on the destination country, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery services.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not set or controlled by EqualiTees.Me LLC, and they are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
EqualiTees.Me LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, please contact us.
If a replacement or reshipment is possible, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking says the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check your mailbox, porch, side door, mailroom, front desk, parcel locker, and with neighbors if applicable.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before the package physically arrives.
If the package still does not show up, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
