At EqualiTees.Me LLC, every item is made to order. That means your product is created after your order is placed, instead of being pulled from pre-made inventory.
Because of this, we do not accept standard returns, refunds, or size exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or accidental orders. Please review product details, size charts, colors, quantities, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Wrong Size Ordered
We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size was ordered.
Please check the size chart in the product images before purchasing. If you are unsure, we recommend measuring a shirt you already own and like, then comparing those measurements to the size chart.
Color and Print Differences
Product images are mockups. We do our best to show each design clearly, but small differences can happen between what you see on your screen and the final printed item.
Color may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment color, lighting, printing method, and production process. Minor color or placement differences are not considered defects.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking says the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check your mailbox, porch, side door, mailroom, front desk, parcel locker, and with neighbors if applicable.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive. If the package still does not show up, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a replacement or reshipment is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.
Cancellations
Because orders are made to order and may move into production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.
Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method.
Final Sale Items
Because our products are made to order, all items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
