Have questions before you order? We get it. EqualiTees.Me LLC is a made-to-order, mission-driven shop, and we want you to know what you’re buying, how giving back works, and what to expect after you place an order.

Giving Back

1. How does EqualiTees.Me LLC give back?

EqualiTees.Me LLC donates 10% of profits from qualifying cause-based collections to organizations connected to that collection’s purpose. Each collection page lists the organizations supported by purchases from that collection.

2. What does “10% of profits” mean?

It means 10% of the profit from qualifying purchases is donated after product costs, production costs, platform fees, and other business expenses are accounted for.

We use “profits” because it is more honest and accurate than saying “proceeds.” We want our giving to be clear, realistic, and sustainable.

3. Where can I see which organizations are supported?

Each qualifying collection page lists the organizations connected to that cause. For example, a collection focused on women’s rights will list organizations working in that space, while a pro-immigrant collection will list organizations doing immigrant justice work.

4. Are the organizations listed on your site official partners or sponsors?

No, not unless we clearly say otherwise.

The organizations listed on our site are groups we have chosen to support because their work aligns with the purpose of that collection. They are not sponsors, partners, or endorsers of EqualiTees.Me LLC unless that relationship is specifically stated.

5. Do all products qualify for donations?

Not every product automatically qualifies. Donation details are listed on the qualifying collection pages.

If a product is part of a cause-based collection that lists supported organizations, then 10% of profits from that qualifying purchase goes toward the organizations shown on that collection page.

6. Can I suggest an organization for EqualiTees.Me LLC to support?

Yes. We are always open to learning about organizations doing meaningful work for civil rights, human rights, visibility, safety, and equality.

Orders & Shipping

7. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 2 to 7 business days after the order is placed and production begins.

Because products are made to order, your item is created after you purchase it. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wider variety of designs without mass-producing items that may never be used.

8. Why are products made to order?

Products are made to order so we can reduce waste, keep more designs available, and avoid overproducing inventory.

It also lets us offer more cause-based, identity-based, and community-focused designs without having to guess what people will connect with most.

9. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally where available.

Shipping times and costs can vary depending on your location, the product ordered, and the fulfillment partner used for that item. International orders may also be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or local delivery charges. Those charges are set by your country and are not controlled by EqualiTees.Me LLC.

11. Why did part of my order arrive separately?

Some items may ship separately because they are produced by different fulfillment partners or printed in different facilities.

For example, a t-shirt, sticker, flag, and piece of jewelry may not all ship from the same place. If your order arrives in more than one package, that is usually normal.

Sizing & Product Details

12. How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size chart in the product images before ordering. Measurements are usually the best way to choose the right fit.

If you like a looser or more relaxed fit, consider sizing up. If you prefer a more fitted look, choose your usual size based on the chart.

13. Where can I find the size chart?

For t-shirts, the size chart is included in the product images.

Please review it before ordering, especially if you are between sizes or buying a style you have not worn before.

14. Are your t-shirts unisex?

Most of our t-shirts are unisex. That means they are designed to fit a wide range of body types and are not cut specifically as a fitted women’s shirt or a traditional men’s shirt.

If a product has a different fit, we will note that in the description.

15. What do the shirts feel like?

Most shirts are selected for a soft, comfortable feel that works for everyday wear. Product descriptions include fabric and feel details so you know what to expect before ordering.

Please check each individual product description, since the exact fabric blend or feel may vary by item.

16. How should I care for my shirt?

Care instructions are listed in the product description.

In general, printed apparel lasts longer when washed inside out with cold water and dried on low heat or hung to dry. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and ironing directly over the printed design.

17. Will the print look exactly like the product image?

Product images are mockups, so slight differences can happen between what you see on screen and the final printed item. Colors may also look a little different depending on your screen settings, shirt color, print method, and production process.

We do our best to show designs clearly and accurately so you know what to expect.

18. Do you sell more than t-shirts?

Yes. EqualiTees.Me LLC may offer t-shirts, stickers, jewelry, flags, hats, and other items depending on what is currently available in the shop.

Returns, Replacements & Order Problems

19. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are made to order, we do not accept standard returns or size exchanges.

Please check product details, size charts, colors, and shipping information before placing your order.

20. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Send your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if relevant. We will review it and help make it right.

21. What if I ordered the wrong size?

Since each item is made to order, we are not able to offer standard size exchanges.

Please check the size chart before ordering. If you are unsure, measuring a shirt you already own and like is usually the easiest way to compare.

22. What should I do if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

First, check around your delivery area, mailbox, porch, side doors, mailroom, front desk, or with neighbors if that applies.

Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered a little early. If it still has not shown up after a short time, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

23. Who is EqualiTees.Me LLC for?

EqualiTees.Me LLC is for people who believe in civil rights, human rights, visibility, safety, equality, and standing up for each other.

We create apparel and products for people who want to wear what they stand for, support marginalized communities, and show up with purpose.

24. Is EqualiTees.Me LLC only an LGBTQIA+ brand?

No. LGBTQIA+ visibility and rights are a major part of what we stand for, but EqualiTees.Me LLC is broader than one community.

We support women, LGBTQIA+ people, Black communities, Indigenous communities, immigrants, disabled people, and everyone fighting for dignity, safety, equality, and basic human rights.

25. What does “Wear the Change” mean?

“Wear the Change” and #wearthechange means showing the world what you believe in. It means choosing visibility, speaking up, and refusing to stay silent when people’s rights and safety are under attack.

A shirt cannot fix everything, but visibility matters. Conversation matters. Solidarity matters.

26. Why does visibility matter?

Visibility helps people feel less alone. It tells someone, “You belong here.” It tells others, “I stand with you.”

For marginalized communities, being seen and supported can matter more than some people realize. EqualiTees.Me LLC exists to help people show that support out loud.
